How do I check the status of my order?
Firstly, if you have created an account with Prosoccer.com, you will be able to view your order history. You can get access to your tracking information by logging into your account. Also, after you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, in which it still state that we have received your order.
Once the order gets shipped out, you will receive a 2nd e-mail, informing you that your order has been processed and shipped out, along with a tracking number from UPS. With that tracking number, you can track your order until it arrives to your destination.
Which shipping carrier will deliver my package?
Our primary carrier in United States is UPS. (United Partial Service).
For Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and PO BOX, our carrier is USPS (United Postal Service).
All international packages get shipped through the USPS Global Express.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
What shipping methods do you use?
The following are Shipping Methods for shipments within the contiguous 48 States:
Standard Ground - Most items can be shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. The day your item gets processed, it is not considered a business day. You can generally expect your order to arrive within 1-5 estimated business days. (See map)
Expedited 3-Day - Expedited 3-Day shipments will ship the same day if the order is received prior to 12:00 pm (Noon) PST. The day your item gets processed, it is not considered a business day. You can expect to receive your 3-Day shipment within 3 business days of placing your order. We cannot ship Expedited 3-Day to PO Boxes.
2nd Day Air - 2nd Day Air shipments will ship the same day if the order is received prior to 12:00 pm (Noon) PST. The day your item gets processed, it is not considered a business day. You can expect to receive your 2nd Day Air shipment within 2 business days of placing your order. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air to PO Boxes.
Next Day Air Savor - Next Day Air Savor is generally delivered at the end of the following business day, if we receive your order by 12:00 pm (Noon) PST. Next Day Air is NOT available for Saturday delivery except under special circumstances. If you require Saturday Delivery, there is an additional $15.00 charge for this service We do not offer overnight delivery to PO boxes via UPS. addresses. Also, Next Day Air delivery may not be available to certain remote locations.
Alaska and Hawaii - Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via USPS Priority Mail. We offer Expedited 3 Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air to Alaska or Hawaii via UPS. When will my order arrive?
According to the shipping method and shipping zip code you have chosen, all delivery dates vary. Click here to view an estimated delivery time on when you will receive your items. Please note: weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
If your shipping destination is a remote area you may experience a delay however, our experience is that even remote areas will receive shipments within five business days.
If you place your order after 12:00 pm (PT), your order will be shipped the following weekday (Monday - Friday). The day the shipping company picks up your package, it does not count as a shipping day. For example, if you place your order at 1:00 PM Pacific time on a Monday, and select "UPS 3 Day" shipping, your order will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday, and delivered three business days from then, which is Friday.
I will not be home to sign for my package, is that okay?
If your item is over $300.00, it does require signature upon delivery. Also, Next day Air Savor requires signature upon delivery. For all other deliveries, if you are not home when your package arrives, they will attempt to put the item somewhere safe.
Do you offer weekend or holiday delivery?
UPS does not deliver on the weekend and major holidays. However, if you place an order Friday before 12:00 pm (PT) for Next Day Air + Saturday delivery, that is the only exception UPS makes with additional charges.
What should I do if my package is damaged or lost in transit?
We do apologize if the carrier did not deliver your order correctly and in good condition.
If you did not receive your order, we ask that you check around your property, in your mailbox, and with your neighbors to make sure that the order is not at your location.
If the item is still not found and you are certain that the item was not delivered or if your item arrived damaged, plase contact our customer service group at 1(800) 688-8088, or 1(626) 403-9921.
We will file a claim with the carrier, which will take up to 10 business days.
We will repair, replace, or refund your purchase as efficiently as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
Pro Soccer has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Pro Soccer. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
