Daily Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entering the store and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with product selection by providing knowledgeable advice
• Keep up to date on new product lines and promotions
• Process sales transactions and manage the cash register
• Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
• Assist with store promotions and marketing
• Answer customer inquiries and address customer concerns
• Close the store at the end of the day

Requirements / Qualifications

Required

• 1+ year of retail or sales experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable operating a cash register and processing transactions
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts with consistent daily posting
• Work with our content creators to develop posts, reels, and more

Requirements / Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of proven experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong track record of daily content posting and community engagement
• Skilled in content planning, scheduling tools, and analytics reporting
• Experience presenting performance data and recommendations to leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)
• Must be local to the Los Angeles area and able to commute to Irwindale, CA
• 2+ years experience with Instagram/Meta Business Suite
• 2+ years social media management experience

Ideal Candidate

• Passion for soccer, sports apparel, or global fan communities
• Experience with Shopify (1 year preferred)
• Videography experience (2 years preferred)
• Familiarity with TikTok business tools (1 year preferred)

• Fulfill orders and manage inventory control for incoming and outgoing orders
• Input SKU numbers into inventory management system within deadlines
• Create shipping labels for all orders
• Answer customer service phone calls and emails
