THE BASICS
We want you to love your new purchase, but we understand that from time to time, you may have to return or exchange an item. Here at Prosoccer.com, we strive to make this process as easy as possible. When sending back items, please send all new, unused, and unworn products to us within 30 (thirty) days of the order fulfillment date to receive a refund for the products you purchased. (Sale items are also accepted as well). After 30 days the system will reject any returns.
WHAT IS "FREE RETURN" COVERAGE?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE After 30 days you receive the order. If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
All returns and exchanges must go through our returns process. Click here to start the process. You'll need your order number and your email or phone number on the order to start a return process.
UNRETURNABLE ITEMS
All unworn footwear must be in its original footwear box and returned within a Separate shipping box and cannot be taped or damaged.
Products must be unused, have the original tags attached, and be in original packaging.
Products cannot be washed or have an odor smell such as perfume cologne deodorant.

RETURNS $500 AND HIGHER
For returns that are valued at $500 or more, you're responsible for purchasing a return label and making sure items are all shipped back to our warehouse. Once we've received the returned items, we will inspect and update the status of your return on our returns portal or via email.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Follow our return link portal on our website to begin your returns process. There you will see an option for return or shop now. If you click on shop now, it will redirect you back to our site and you can find what you need there to make the exchange. We do cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item, you must pay the shipping label to ship the item back to us.
FOOTWEAR PRODUCT RETURNS (USA ONLY)

If you need to return shoes you received as a gift or bought yourself, please use our returns page to get started.
Footwear cannot be worn on the field or have visual signs of wear. You must have the original tags and packaging. We suggest trying all footwear at home in a clean area to ensure that the item fits to your liking. Footwear cannot be worn on the field or have visual signs of wear. You must have the original box.
APPAREL OR EQUIPMENT RETURNS
You have up to 30 days to make any returns. You are responsible to pay for the shipping label if you did not pay for return coverage. We will only cover the shipping label if we ship you the wrong product or the wrong size.
We do send you the return label by email which will get deducted from your refund total. Use our automated returns link to get started.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
You must follow our return link to start the process our website returns process. You are responsible to pay the shipping back to us once we have the item and its evaluated, we will give you a refund of the price of the products.
We don’t accept any exchanges from the portal. If you do need a different size, then you must go back to our site and place a new order.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All our brands stand behind their products. If you purchased an item that you believe is flawed or defective, you may return your product back to Prosoccer.com up to 30 (thirty) days from the purchase date. Click here to start the process. If the item is defective, we will cover for the return label.
Defective Footwear, Goalkeeper Gloves and Equipment
- Due to the various playing surfaces and weather conditions, all items will experience normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to color loss, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, and minor tears in the latex palm
- It is recommended that for both footwear and goalkeeper gloves you purchase multiple (training and match) pairs to increase the life of the products
- We guarantee our footwear, goalkeeper gloves, and equipment free of performance-affecting defects for 30 days from the date of purchase
- Manufacturer warranties that surpass Prosoccer 30-day defect policy will have to be handled directly with the manufacturer
DID YOU ORDER THE WRONG ITEM(S)?
If you ordered the wrong item by accident and we've already shipped the package, please begin your exchange process using our returns process from our website.
Note: You'll be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item to us, and we will cover the replacement item shipping cost.
DID WE SHIP THE WRONG ITEM(S)?
If we've somehow shipped the wrong product(s) to you, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please start your return or exchange request using our website returns process and we will cover the return label cost for that item(s) to be returned to us. You could make the exchange through our portal and will ship you the correct item right away.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are responsible for your package until it reaches the post office. After that, it is no longer within our control. At checkout, we recommend selecting the USPS Priority Mail delivery option, which includes up to $100 in insurance against loss or damage. If you do not pick Priority Mail shipping and the USPS loses or damages your order, Pro Soccer cannot issue a refund. Most orders are shipped via USPS and are insured by USPS.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
How do preorders work?
If your item is on preorder, the ETA will be noted on the product page and your order confirmation. When placing a preorder, your form of payment will be immediately charged to ensure the product is reserved for you. You will receive an email updating you on the status of your order once your product has shipped. Just make sure to include customerservice@prosoccer.com in your email whitelist or contacts so you always get our emails delivered to your inbox.
I'm Ordering Heavy Items. What Do I Need To Know?
If you're purchasing a goal or other such heavy, big items, these will probably be dropshipped to you from the manufacturer due to the size and weight of your order. Dropshipping from the manufacturer however can have 2-3 business days for processing (excluding holidays). But, no worries, we're on top of it all for you. You will receive an email updating you on the status of your order once your product has shipped.
Ordering For Your Team?
When placing an order for your club team, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing. We know, that sounds like a long time doesn't it? The processing time for these orders depends on product availability, production requirements, and seasonal changes. Please visit our team store page (ProSoccer Team Store) for further information regarding your team order.
How are Sales Taxes Calculated For Online Orders
Oh, this is simple. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a California address.
Ordering During The Holiday Season?
We know you want to get your package delivered quickly and on time. During the holiday seasons, please consider the following guidelines to be sure your package is delivered on time*. If ordering something that needs to be customized (ie: name and number jerseys or your own name on a jersey, for example), there is an additional 3-5 days of processing time you should consider on top of the shipping time estimate.

2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Shipping Services:
If you've selected any of the two shipping services such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, we will help prioritize your order so you get the package(s) in time. All other shipping services will have delays. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Note: Shipping delays during the busy holiday season are not uncommon. We rely on the carrier and their ability to deliver our customers' packages on time.
Furthermore, custom orders during busy holiday seasons will require our customer service team an additional 5 days to process before shipping.
