We want you to love your new purchase, but we understand that from time to time, you may have to return or exchange an item. Here at Prosoccer.com, we strive to make this process as easy as possible. When sending back items, please send all new, unused, unworn products to us within 30 (thirty) days of the order date.
As much as we would like to accommodate all returns, and keep all of our customers extremely happy, there are some products that are final sale.
Sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
HOW TO RETURN
All returns shall be processed by our customer service department upon the arrival of your products at our warehouse within 7 (seven) business days. Once your return is authorized, a credit will be issued to the order’s original method of payment. The credit amount shall equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned. We do not refund shipping and handling fees, and as such these fees will be deducted from your original total.
All of our brands stand behind their products. If you purchased an item that you believe is flawed or defective, you may return your product back to Prosoccer.com up to 90 (ninety) days from the purchase date only after the approval of our customer service team. At Prosoccer.com we value the intensity of the game and understand the normal wear and tear of products. We believe that items will normally reveal signs of defectiveness within 90 (ninety) days of use. Please note that footwear and gloves will experience normal wear and tear such as material wear, color loss, loose threads, etc. This is both normal and expected, and these occurrences are common and not indicative of defectiveness.
0-45 Days = 100% of Purchase Price
46-90 Days = 50% of Purchase Price
After 90 Days = No Credit
NOTE: Defective Clearance/Final Sale Items must be processed by the customer directly through the manufacturer.
Very few items are truly defective. However if you need to process a DEFECTIVE RETURN, you will need to contact our customer service department for a defective return approval.
