Does Pro Soccer re-stock sale items?
Often, the prices are reduced because the items have been discontinued due to change of color or style. If your sale item is out of stock, please call our company, so one of our representatives will assist you to find another bargain or a similar item in stock. Therefore, we do not re-stock items on sale.
How long will my delivery take?
It usually takes about one business day for us to process your order. As soon as we’ve verified all of your information, your order will ship out, and we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail. Please note: if your order contains a pre-order item, it will not ship until the pre-order item becomes available.
Please note: the day your item gets shipped out is not considered a business day. Also, Saturday and Sundays are not business days, including national Holidays.
Standard/Ground Shipping: Within 1-5 business days, depending on its destination.

Most of the orders after 12:00 p.m. (PT) will get shipped out the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will get shipped out the following business day.
Does Pro Soccer match prices?
We will gladly match prices, as long the item is not on sale or clearance, if you provide proof of a lower priced item from another source. Please remember that our regular priced items are at least 10% off the retail price, along with remarkable sale prices throughout the season.
How can I track the status of my order?
Firstly, if you have created an account with Prosoccer.com, you will be able to view your order history. You can get access to your tracking information by logging into your account.
Also, after you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, in which it still state that we have received your order.
Once the order gets shipped out, you will receive a 2nd e-mail, informing you that your order has been processed and shipped out, along with a tracking number from UPS. With that tracking number, you can track your order until it arrives to your destination.
Why was I charged sales tax on my order?
If you placed an order from anywhere in California, and your billing or shipping address is from California, it is a state requirement to charge you sales tax.
Can I have an order shipped to a PO Box address?
Even though a large majority of orders are shipped through UPS Shipping method, we do make exceptions for a few addresses, which will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. These include: Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and PO BOX. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
How long will items be on sale for?
Most of the time, once the item has been reduced, it will remain at the sale price until we are sold out. There is also a big possibility that the price of the item can get even lower as time goes by. It’s best to purchase sale items right away, since stock is limited.
Where can I find the sizing chart?
The sizing chart is available at the bottom of our website page. Once you click this link, choose what you are looking for, and order accordingly. How reliable is product availability?
Our website inventory is updated daily. Once you click on the item you are looking for, it will either say "in stock", "not available", or "pre-order". However, sometimes if there is a high demand on a certain product, the inventory might not update as fast as desired. If by any chance, your order in in stock when you place the order, and we just recently sold out, you will be notified through a phone call or via e-mail.
If I pre-order an item, will I receive the item on the release date?
The date we have on our website for the pre-order item, is the estimate date when we receive the item in our warehouse. Once the item arrives, the pre-order items for our customers are first priority, and it will be shipped out either the day of, or the latest will be the following day. After it has been shipped out, you will receive the item according to what kind of shipping your originally chose.
Are your sizes US?

The product I received looks different then the website, what should I do?
Our company does its best to exceed your needs by sending you the items that you ordered. If by any chance, your item looks different then the one you ordered on our website, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to correct the problem fairly.
What happens if the price of an item has changed after it has been ordered, but before it has been shipped to me?
If the price of an item has been changed after you placed and order, but before you received the item, you have 7 days after you receive the item, to notify us about the price difference. It is your responsibility to inform us to reimburse your account. After the 7 days have passed, we no longer can do a price adjustment.
Do you have a retail store?
Yes, you’re in luck! We do have a retail store located in the heart of Pasadena, California. It is one of the largest soccer stores, which carries all the inventory you see on the website, plus much more! If you are in the area, we will be happy to serve your needs. Can I place an order over the phone?
Of course you could order over the phone, we will happily assist you. However, we highly recommend you place an order online, because not only will it process faster, but you can also create an account. This way, you will receive Pro-Points, and view your order history.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
As soon as you submit your order we will contact your credit card company to get approval for payment but you will not be charged. We’ll then go ahead and begin processing your order. Once your order has been sent for delivery your credit card will be charged for the total amount.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned order?
After we have provided you with all the return information, (return authorization, reason for return, etc) you will ship the item back to our company through your choice of UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Once the item has reached our return department, we will issue the credit back into your original payment method within 2-10 business days. After the transaction has been complete, we will send you a confirmation e-mail ensuring you that we have credited your account.
Is there a charge for return or exchange shipping?
If you are returning or exchanging and item, you are responsible to cover the shipping fees back to our company. For exchanges, in order for us to ship you back the product in a different size, color, etc, your original form of payment will be used to charge the shipping fee back to your destination. We only cover the shipping charges if it was a company error. For example, if we sent you the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item altogether, then we will cover the shipping fee both ways. In that case, we will send you a pre-paid UPS return label via e-mail. You will have to go to your nearest UPS store, drop the package off, and they will automatically ship it to our return department.
Can I return my purchase if I don’t like it?
You could only return a product for a full refund, if the item is not on sale. Please note: this does not include shipping fees.
